Seascape is nestled at the far north-west point of Little Hickory Island.  This special location has no drive-by traffic and our property provides access to the west and north Gulf beaches and to the waters and mangrove channels of Estero Bay to the east.

Seascape offers three buildings with a total of 136 units.  Amenities include a large swimming pool and lounging area, walking access to miles of beach, tennis and pickle-ball courts and stunning sunsets.  The property includes boat-slips and a dock on the bay side of the island and kayak access to the bay or the gulf.
